Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser user agent) in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not receive, store or analyse that data as individual records.
If you email or call us
If you contact us at support@ziloempire.com or on +1 307 300 8775, we hold what you send us for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Our products are covered separately
Our applications are distributed and operated under their own privacy policies, because they are the things that actually hold user data. For Zilo VPN, see zilovpn.com/privacy. Nothing on this page replaces or overrides a product policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to support@ziloempire.com and we will respond. Because this website itself collects nothing, such a request will usually concern correspondence only.

This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
